Biamila - African Music Promotion keeping African
music alive. Biamila aims to promote an awareness of and access
to traditional African music as it exist in the margins.
Cabot Primary School
- The first work shop project carried out under the Container's
Umbrella. working with the school both teachers and puples was
a slam we all loved it and it didnt bother us one bit that we
didnt know what exactly was to be expected from this seemingly
unlikely group.
When the Screen Goes Black - Ghetto Slamming in reverse,
take a look at what happens when we roll back the sheet of stereo-types
and allow the Ghettoits to define themselves. (project in its
workshop stages)
Shagriff - Aims to chart the lives of those
we love and lost to the battle of time. Shagriff is a ceremonial
place where the dead reap life in cyberspace and the living may
visit the dead. (under re-construction)
FORM - FEDERATION
OF REGGAE MUSIC was established in 1994 by Delroy Washington
and members of the UK Reggae industry. FORM is now supported
in its development by the Container Project in a bid to bring
the cultural dynamics of reggae music into the age of cyberlization.
